Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Subvil, hosting a plan and joining someone else's plan. By using Subvil you agree to them.

1. Using Subvil

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

2. Hosting a plan

Hosts confirm they have the right to add joiners to the underlying subscription and are responsible for keeping the underlying plan active while joiners are on it.

3. Joining a plan

Joiners agree to pay the listed share price each month and to give the required notice before cancelling. Refunds follow the cancellation policy in force at the time you joined.

4. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by our licensed payment partners. Refunds are governed by the situation-specific policy shown at the point of purchase.

5. Suspension and termination

We may pause or close accounts that violate these terms, our community guidelines, or the terms of the underlying subscription service.
